Low-Fat cinnamon and sugar apples is our answer to loving the soft caramely apples we shared a while back but know we can't eat very often. These apples are almost as good, much healthier and take almost no cleaning up from.
All you need for each portion is:
1 apples cut into small pieces
1 Tbs of cinnamon and sugar (mixed)
Slice the apples and place the pieces into a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for about two minutes.
Sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar mix on the apples, microwave for about another two minutes and done. Soft and tasty apples.
You might need to stop and check your apples the first time you make this. Every microwave is different and may need more or less time.
